After talking with Callen, I spent some time trying to figure out how to do this on my own, and I made some progress, but it was no substitute for sitting down with someone who really All this was known.
Luckily for me (and you), Callen was willing to sit down and record a detailed demo, answering all my questions and explaining how text marketing works, Especially for land investors trying to find motivated sellers.
