Nationwide Property and Appraisal Services LLC (NPAS), one of the largest valuation management companies in the US, led by Mr. Velamati, announced that it has acquired integrity assessment management (Integrity), a regional AMC based in Houston, Texas.

“Integrity Appraisal Management’s unique platform in Texas and the surrounding Southern states is due to their talented team. We are excited to grow the combined organization and provide a national platform with regional experience to our combined client base,” Velmati, CEO of Nationwide Property and Appraisal Services, said in a statement. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our long-term vision and strategy to grow with our customers and innovate in the industry. By combining our strengths, we are confident in our ability to build a stronger, more competitive organization and drive further success.”
Shawn Thompson, president of Integrity, said, “We were approached by several AMCs who wanted to partner with us, just to add to the numbers on their bottom line. We knew they were different when we first met the NPAS executive team. They have the experience and reputation to partner with an AMC that shares their values.”
As part of the acquisition, integrity assessment managementemployees will become members of the nationwide Property and Valuation Services team.
Nationwide Property and Appraisal Services was acquired by Arkapita Group HoldingsA Bahraini investment firm in January 2022. Earlier, under the umbrella of NPAS was corridor capitalA Lower Middle Market Private Equity Firm since 2016.
