Class Valuations is one of the largest Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) in the country, with an objective to accelerate valuations with integrity. Leading marketing efforts at class valuation, Lyons is driving high-value campaigns, building a top-performing team and driving innovation. He’ll break down all of these priorities on stage at the HW Annual’s Marketing Leaders Success Summit.

So far in 2023, Lyons says he has learned the importance of being adaptable and flexible in marketing strategy. “It has become paramount to understand the changing needs and preferences of lenders and align our offerings accordingly,” he added.

Looking ahead, Lyons believes digital transformation and technology integration will be key themes for the housing industry in 2024.
