How many agents do you know who are either hesitant to spend the money needed to forcefully market their listing or lack the information? These agents consider the three functions mentioned earlier to be a good marketing program and leave it at that.

However, we know that when it comes to the important investment that is your clients home, you are inclined to disagree.

Since you are not like those other agents, you have to talk about it. Not all real estate teams are created equal; You will want to convey this to your marketing real estate team.
