Today I am talking about how to sell supersonic-rocket-speed property fast. this is easy; You only have to list the property for $1, and I bet you’ll sell it in no time, right? Wrong. That’s not how it works—I’m just kidding.
What I’m about to say here might sound a bit pretentious, because I’m going to talk about myself. But those of you who know who I am, you know that I am not arrogant. So listen What you need to do if you want to sell a property super-fast – I mean get it out the door – find someone who has a CIA in real estate. What is that? Well, I’m CIA. A CIA is someone who has the cash, influence and authority to buy assets. Personally, I’ve done over 450 deals, and I’m on track to close over 100 this year. I’m not proud Before I get into this other stuff, I just want to reiterate.

Let’s say there’s a wholesaler in my neck of the woods – or a bird dog or a real estate agent. They would like to find someone like me who does a lot of deals on a yearly basis; Someone who knows the market like the CIA. We CIA’s have the cash to close lots of properties quickly, and if for some reason we don’t have the money, we still have the influence to get someone else to buy the properties. It could be a hard lender, it could be a bank, it could be a private investor, but we’ll still be able to close the deal. Last but not least, we do not have the authority to make decisions on behalf of anyone else. We have access to capital and can buy property literally at the click of a button.
If you want to sell assets at record-fast speed, you need to find someone who happens to be the CIA and has the cash, influence and authority to make deals. The CIA does deals on a frequent basis. They know the numbers in the market and have no problem pulling the trigger. Guys, when the numbers make sense in a deal, and the deal sounds too good to be true, even if I were back home in Australia, I’d put on my Speedo, I’d stuff the cash in my underwear, and I’d d swim across half an ocean to hand over that cash to buy that property.

Never mess with a buyer. Serious buyers are serious buyers. they perform. They don’t shoot around the bush. My Title Company closes deals in 48 hours. If you send me a deal today, I’ll look at it, and I’ll literally buy it within three days if the deal makes sense to us.
